Every year, Warren and our LCL-certified coaches work with a selected group of highly motivated individuals who are ready to move on to their next level of achievement in their career and/or personal life.
Executive Coaching for these individuals can be challenging as Leaders Create Leaders' goal for them is transformation.
We will shake things up. We will ask questions you don't want to hear. We uncover purpose, align goals, and clarify expectations.
We want you to grow. Sometimes that may mean making you uncomfortable. Finding our growing edge with the support of a coach is probably the surest path but not the easiest.
As much as you would expect from Leaders Create Leaders, we hope a lot from you in this program. We will put a mirror in front of you and hold you accountable. You must be prepared to work through issues with openness and trust for the process. As a result, triggering questions lead to cultivating awareness. Cultivated awareness leads to a deeper understanding of what we can and can't control. And in that uncomfortable space of new awareness and accountability is the door to your transformation and reinvention.
You do not need to be perfect, but you need to be focused, present, and be your best self.
