Weekly online coaching is held to help members of each Leadership Coaching Program practice their coaching with the participation of LCL community members as observers to see values and add values for coach and client. 

Think Tank is a monthly networking event for all LCL community members to gather, meet up and discuss various topics regarding leadership with the facilitation of LCL’s experienced presenters.
