The Leaders Create Leaders Program was launched on the 19th April 2018 with the attendance of around 100 HR managers and directors in Vietnam. There was a lively and deep discussion on how leaders can develop a Culture of Growth and develop their team to step up, take ownership and create purpose. Other topics explored include how can leaders let go more, when to lead and when to follow, and how to know who to trust. Thanks for all the insightful contributions!
